The guest house for the Fleischmann family which was built in 1900.This project entails repainting main porch and all trim. Cedar siding to remain as is.repairing railing and trim details as they are discovered.All balcony railing had to be removed to reconstruct newel posts and rails.All porch rails where remove and repair or fabricated to match.All windows where remove re glazed,scraped and painted ,sash and weights replaced were needed.All latch around porch was reconstructed to match original.Special care was taken to retain the historical detail of the exterior of the house.

Completed june 2014, Leigh Melander and Mark Somerfield brought this wonderful building back from the edge.

 Building post and beam barn from salvaged beams, original barn came down last winter, hoping to get it up before winter hits!! 26' x 58' 2 story , balcony most open to ceiling, will have summer kitchen attached.old school!!
